Inner beauty

Inner beauty is a concept used to describe the positive aspects of something that is not physically observable.
While most species use physical traits and pheromones to attract mates, some humans claim to rely on the inner beauty of their choices. Qualities including kindness, sensitivity, tenderness or compassion, creativity and intelligence have been said to be desirable since antiquity. However new research comparing what humans claim to find attractive to their actual mating habits underlines the superficiality of "inner beauty," underlining the fact that the human animal relies on physical traits and pheromones just like every other animal to find a mate. That said, whether "inner beauty" does or does not measurably affect humans' mating habits, some traits classified as "inner beauty" do give an evolutionary survival advantage to either the individual or mating couple or group or all three.

Keep Your Skin Healthy

The best way to keep your skin healthy,
Limit time in the sun - Try to stay out of the sun during 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. This is when the sun’s rays are strongest. Don’t be fooled by cloudy skies. The sun’s rays can pass through clouds. Even people use to get sunburned, if they are in water, so be careful when you are in a pool, lake, or the ocean.

Use sunscreen - Look for a sunscreen lotion with an SPF (sun protection factor) number of 15 or higher. It is better to choose sunscreens with “broad spectrum” on the label. “Water resistant” sunscreen stays on your skin even if you get wet or sweat, but it isn’t waterproof and needs to be put on about every 2 hours.

Wear protective clothing - A hat with a wide brim can shade your neck, ears, eyes, and head. Also look for sunglasses that block 99 to 100 percent of the sun’s rays. Incase, if you have to be in the sun, wear loose, lightweight, long-sleeved shirts and long pants or long skirts.

Avoid tanning - Don’t use sunlamps or tanning beds, because tanning pills are not approved by the FDA and it might not be safe.

Your skin may change with age. But remember, there are things you can do to help. Check your skin often. If you find any changes that worry you, see your doctor

Hot Nail Polishes & Removers

Women use to be crazy about long, healthy and sexy nails. So, if your nails are bit lesser than the long or sexy nails, then avail some tips to get them in good condition.

  • Apply the nail remover, before you use to apply the polishes on the nail. Though, you don’t have to remove the old polishes. It helps to remove the grease on the nails that makes your polish long lasting.
  • Wipe the top of the nail bottle with some cotton, so that excess nail polish gets removed and polish wear looks good.
  • More beauty companies come up with attractive and matching lip colors along with nail polishes to enhance the look.
  • It is always good to apply thin coats of nail color apart from thick nail polishes. It makes the process easier and quicker.

A mother and sonPrevent carbon monoxide poisoning by having your fuel-burning appliances serviced annually and by installing a battery operated carbon monoxide detector. Daylight Savings Time begins at 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday in March. When you set your clock ahead one hour, remember to check or change the batteries in your battery operated carbon monoxide detector. Each year unintentional CO poisoning not linked to fires kills about 450 Americans and poisons at least 20,000.

You can prevent CO poisoning by having your fuel burning appliances serviced annually and by installing a battery operated carbon monoxide detector. Check or change its batteries each time you change your clocks.

Protect your family and prevent CO poisoning by taking just a few simple steps:

* Have your heating system, water heater, and any other gas, oil, or coal burning appliances serviced by a qualified technician every year.
* Install a battery-operated CO detector in your home and check or replace the battery when you change the time on your clocks each spring and fall. If the detector sounds, leave your home immediately and call 911.
* Don't burn anything in a stove or fireplace that isn't vented.
* Don't run a car or truck inside a garage attached to your house, even if you leave the door open.
* Don't heat your house with a gas oven.
* Never use a generator, charcoal grill, camp stove, or other gasoline or charcoal-burning device inside your home, basement, or garage or near a window.
* Seek prompt medical attention if you suspect CO poisoning and are feeling dizzy, light-headed, or nauseated.
